The Royston BMX Club was formed almost 40 years ago to promote the sport of BMX Racing. Over the years, the Club has attracted members from across the region and is widely recognised as one of the friendliest clubs in the country.
All new members have to go through an induction process with one of the coaches before they join – these are held every few weeks and are aimed at making sure the rider is safe around the track – for themselves and others.
The final 2015 Club Summer Series Standings have now been published – see link on Results page. There has been a slight change to round 2 to ensure the riders that attended did get the round counting towards their trophy qualification and the final rounds points error as published at the track have been corrected.
The last round of the regional series 2015 takes place on Sunday August 16th at Peterborough – On line registration closes on Friday at 11.00pm and on-the-day registration closes at 11.30am. Royston will be hosting a Go-Ride Day on September 2nd – a great day for the new rider from 7 yrs upwards – fee is £10 and more information can be seen by clicking on the links below. The number of riders is limited so book early to avoid missing out on this great day.
