The Royston BMX Club was formed almost 40 years ago to promote the sport of BMX Racing. Over the years, the Club has attracted members from across the region and is widely recognised as one of the friendliest clubs in the country.
All new members have to go through an induction process with one of the coaches before they join – these are held every few weeks and are aimed at making sure the rider is safe around the track – for themselves and others.
The Royston Rockets Club Summer Race Series starts on May 15th – most rounds are now on Saturday except in August when there are two rounds on Tuesday evenings – please see Club Race Series page for details and the Diary page for the full summer calendar – assuming the Covid Exit programme stays in
The Rockets will be back on track on Tuesday evenings and Saturdays afternoons. However, for the next two Saturdays there will be a full day of coaching for club members so the track will be closed to the public – please respect the Covid regulations and if passing the track stick to the cycle/foot path.
